I appreciate Mr. Troy's help. I have a new property in Vegas and I leave on other state. I contact Mr. Troy for a third party inspection. He is very nice, effective and responsible. He contact the contract manager directly, built up good relationship them the developer. It makes our whole inspection process smoothly. I was not able to the inspection on that day. He took bunch of pictures for all the details. He provided the inspection on the same day and went through the details with me over the call one by one. I strongly recommend him.

Troy and his company is my go to when it comes to home inspections! He is always responsive, available with optionality on date and time. He is very thorough and beyond knowledgeable! He gets the report back on time and his communication with both myself and the buyers is always on point. I could not ask for a better home inspector!
