Troy Home Inspection, LLC

Troy, did our home inspection he was very detailed and very professional. He was able to come to our place on short notice, he charge a very fair price for his job. He took his time explaining in detail on his report all the issues even the small ones that we needed to addressed on our property. I would definitely recommend Him and his wife.

He did an amazing job! He was incredibly quick to respond and painted a very clear picture of what he was going to do. Not only did he seem very capable and experienced, he was friendly and patient. When he did the inspection, his report over the home was VERY comprehensive and he noticed things I can promise you i never would have noticed. If you're looking for a home inspection, I can't recommend Troy enough.

Called Joyce on Wednesday afternoon about getting an inspection done on our “new to us” home. She and Troy were able to come on Friday of that same week!! They arrived early and promptly started doing the inspection, which lasted over 2 hours. Our house was inspected from top to bottom, including underneath. Every appliance, faucet, light, fan, plug and Smoke Detectors were tested. At the end of their inspection they went over some of the items that would be in the report. Being shown gave us a better understanding of those items. We received our report later that same evening. They were very detailed in explaining the testing and the results found. All of the photos included were an added bonus, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks, EJ
